For the production of medium and large series, Fonderia Locati operates with two automatic forming system supplied by FOUND EQUIP
1 - mould dimensions 630x800 mm
2 - mould dimensions 800x800 mm
The green sand plants are fed by 1 FOUND EQUIP FER001 mixer equipped with automatic humidity and cohesion control, interconnected for industry 4.0.

The company is equipped with another semi-automatic line for moulds measuring up to 1100x850 mm and a manual forming division which uses chemical sand for sizes up to 2500x2500 mm.
