POURING

Casting is carried out using two robotic cuppers of 45 kg and 65 kg and with manual ladles up to 1500 kg.
Each casting is made with the use of a degasser for the correct degassing of the alloy; the casting process is constantly monitored by carrying out tests on vacuum samples and tests measuring the density value of the material.
As a final check, a quantum metric analysis is carried out on the cast material.
