At the Fonderia Locati quality as well as customer satisfaction have always been a fundamental value.
Every casting is made using a degasser for the pickling of the alloy; this process is constantly monitored, conducting vacuum trials and tests that measure density.
The final check consists in a quantometric analysis of the cast material. In addition, Fonderia Locati conducts mechanical strength tests under traction on standard-sized samples which have already undergone heat treatment.
Upon request, Fonderia Locati issue a 3.1 certificate of conformity according to the ISO 9001:2015 standards.
